These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of besmarted.com, our programmes, learning centres, and digital learning platforms (together, the "Services"), operated by SmartEd ("SmartEd", "we", "us", or "our"). SmartEd brings globally trusted children's learning programmes to Bangladesh through schools, learning centres, expert-led partnerships, and digital platforms. Some Services, including upcoming digital platforms, may be added, changed, or removed over time. Information on our website is provided for general information and may be updated without notice.

Our Services relate to children's education and are intended to be used by adults. If you submit information about a child, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or an authorised representative of a school or organisation, and that you have the authority to provide that information.

When you book a free assessment, make an enquiry, or register interest, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Bookings and enrolments may be subject to availability, eligibility, and any additional terms we provide at the time. An assessment or enquiry does not by itself create an obligation to provide any specific programme or outcome.

Some programmes and materials offered through SmartEd are owned by, or licensed from, our international education partners. Programme names, curricula, and related materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to additional terms set by those partners. You may use partner materials only as permitted for the relevant programme.

The Services, including text, graphics, logos, mascots, and design, are owned by SmartEd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Submit false, misleading, or unauthorised information about yourself or a child.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems.
• Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of SmartEd, our partners, or others.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, social media platforms, and services that we do not control. We provide these links for convenience and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms.

While we work to provide high-quality programmes, we do not guarantee any specific educational result, score, or outcome, as these depend on many factors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmartEd and its partners, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
